As an author, Teacher/Asst Clinical Professor, Urologic Surgeon, wife and mother, I needed help keeping all the various balls in the air. Rose-Anne showed me the importance of getting organized, delegating and streamlined around the many different pursuits that I am engaged in while creating harmony and space for self-care, myself and family. She helped to organize my vision into realistic timelines and created visibility of everything so that we could create plans and frameworks that decreased the tendency to feel overwhelmed because of the sheer volume of the To Do List.
I love Rose Anne's spirit and energy and she is truly called to do this work. Her heart is to serve women and she does this with a degree of generosity which is inspiring. We traveled to Alaska for my work and her kindness to strangers that we met along the way as well as to me was mind boggling! She is a hard task master and truly holds me accountable and I'm always amazed at how well she remembers all the details and nuances of her clients. I would recommend her without reservation!
Before working with Rose-Anne, I was scattered, disorganized and lacked accountability. I was such a mess! I lacked strategy and organization. In just a few months of working with her, I have managed to bring in $40K in income, pay off $20K in debt, get organized and she held me accountable to accomplishing these milestones.
I especially love her brain dumping technique where she helped me clear my brain so it wasn't so scattered. She also helped me come up with many time saving strategies in my personal life which saved me hours each week allowing me to focus on my business. She helped me so much in my business and personal life. I highly recommend her!
So let me tell you how God works, I randomly met Rose-Anne at an Yvonne Orji comedy show in February 2020. I had just moved back to New Jersey after a tough season and I was really trying to figure out how to launch my faith based podcast. Rose-Anne mentioned she did accountability coaching and project management and I just knew I had to work with her. It has been one of the best decisions I have made in 2020 yet.
Rose has helped me get organized, think through the steps that I needed to launch the podcast, held me accountable every step of the way and pushed me when I needed to get out of my own way. I launched the Shine Bright Podcast in March 2020 and in less than six months, I am already approaching 5K listeners -which totally blows my mind! Working with Rose has challenged me and encouraged me in all of the best way! It’s also evident that Rose cares about her clients as holistic people and has taught me so much about balance and harmony. I know none of it would have been possible without Rose holding my hand (and kicking me in my behind sometimes) along the way. I would recommend her services to anyone that needs help getting their passion project off the ground. She is MORE than worth the investment!

I have an insanely busy life. I’m a wife, mother, business owner, podcast host and so much more. I’m dealing with bills, working on my physical health, maintaining relationships, mentoring, and the list goes on and on. Sometimes I just think I don’t have enough time. Then something happened. I saw another woman, Rose-Anne Uwague, a wife, mom, boss at work, engaged in her community, and she just added author to her list of titles to not one, but two books! Wait!
When in the world did she have time to do it? How? Where did she find the time? Rose-Anne is the Productivity Coach for the Great Girlfriends and she has shown us how to transform our lives, by approaching time as our friend!
I am the Executive Brand Strategist of Legacy Row, Grace Podcast Creator, Co-host of The Great Girlfriends Podcast, Philanthropist, Coach, Wife, and Mother. Rose-Anne helped me locate lost time and create healthy use for it. She is masterful at creating accountability.
Rose-Anne is a brilliant productivity coach who uses her personal style and flare to create a bond in coaching that allows her to be aggressive and impactful at the same time. Rose-Anne is logical, efficient, and passionate about each client's personal success. It is an honor to work with her.
Working with Ro gave me the accountability needed to prioritize spending time daily on actions to move me in the direction toward obtaining my desired goals. Ro's book, 'Plug In' is filled with actionable advice. She is extremely personable and her enthusiasm is just what I needed to get me out of my rut. She helped me re-ignite faith that I am going to make it in achieving all of my life goals.
Entrepreneurially-- (is that a word? If it's not, let's add it to the lexicon)--I added one game changing team member and it's made a world of difference. Rose-Anne is my Productivity Coach and she's helping me focus, set realistic goals, get the most out of my time, organize, and press forward as a working mom and wife.
Before productivity coaching, I was undisciplined, unorganized and I lacked strategy. Everyone needs a productivity coach! You should get one and change your life! Now that I have productivity coaching, it has changed my life and I am together!

Rose-Anne truly has a wonderful gift for drawing out your excuses’ excuses so that you hear yourself and face the one and only set-back: you. She has in her arsenal endless excuse quenching solutions and options, you truly have to question why you haven’t at the very least tried some of your goals.
What truly encourages me is she does not simply encourage you to face those excuses by clarifying your goals, she shows you by the way she lives her life that you can truly do what you want to do, one goal at a time.
I’ve always been the type of individual that aims to be self-sufficient and independent. Getting things done and checking off lists have always been a habit of mine. But I never noticed that most of the things on my lists were completing tasks that helped other people and did not necessarily benefit me.
When I started working with Rose-Anne, I learned that there were so many things I wanted to do but I had no clue how to motivate myself to do them. She showed me how to set goals that were measurable in ways that weren’t daunting, but worked with my schedule and flow of life, ultimately creating harmony.
Within 4 months, not only had I achieved all those goals, but I had begun to develop a practice of plugging in to others AND myself. I’ve since learned to use my time more wisely and set goals that I can manage and fit with the lifestyle I already have!
I thank God for her book Plug In willingness to build up women to help them plug in! Her work and commitment to her clients is superb. Her genuine desire to see others succeed is a rare find. #plugin
I am a wife and working mom of 4 children ages 9 and under. I work as an Engineer by day and the Founder and CEO of We Optimize Work, LLC offering operations and career consultation. I am a Board Member of WomenGetIT and Purpose Prep. My goals were to get organized in putting tasks that related to my business vision into my busy schedule without feeling overwhelmed or behind.
Rose-Anne helped me to shift how I approached completing tasks needed to hit bold goals. She focused not only my professional goals but she coached me on how to navigate through personal and professional challenges that used to be roadblocks in having a productive week.
Rose-Anne's coaching helped me tremendously! Before Rose-Anne, I seldom kept track of the tasks I completed and would often feel unaccomplished. She helped me lay out my tasks that aligned with my vision and release the need to do things that did not add value in my life. With her coaching, I felt more confident in being capable of reaching bold goals. I stopped underestimating the amount of work I did. I also learned that many of the things that took up my time, were only performed because I was trying to maintain a "norm" that I did not define for myself.
Rose-Anne Uwague is someone who is always thinking about ways to grow, create and develop. Her titles and roles are many: honorable wife, mother of two young boys, full-time corporate employee, great friend, devout church member, active volunteer, prolific author and effective life coach to name a few.
I have recognized over the years that she has a real talent for getting things done and her follow through is phenomenal. It’s just amazing that she can get so much accomplished while her output is of the highest quality. She has been tested through her experiences and success to become a knowledgeable productivity coach. Her clients benefit from her cheerful, spirit-filled and straightforward support and direction.
Her skills in visualizing, prioritizing, praying, carving out time and having a made up mind are what she uses to make her dreams a reality. I’m so glad that she has decided to share her advice and mindset with others.
