In this episode, my client Brianna Kristelle invited me to talk about my life hacks and ways to trade in the hustle for harmony!! I shared how I distinguish my coaching by helping my clients disrupt thoughts that no longer serve them. I encourage them to pursue harmony instead of hustling; employ grace instead of grinding and exchange struggling for strategy.
In this episode, I talk about how I help superwomen save themselves so they can continue saving the day. I work with my clients on improving their mindset, casting off externally-imposed labels, owning who they are, and redefining what it means to have work-life harmony.
In this episode, I share how I too at one point got caught up in hustle culture and the glorified grind of trading sleep, self-care, and peace of mind to achieve goals. When I stepped back and asked myself what I wanted, I realized I had to reject unrealistic standards and set the tone of my life to live a life of my design. In this episode, we talk about living a life of manifestation, drive, intention, and action to make the things we want manifest in her life and those around us. In this episode, we talk about productivity as a lifestyle; the importance of tackling mindset, and how changing it is the first step to achieving anything. Listen in as we talk about setting up barriers to protect our time so that we maximize it and realize that asking for help is not a bad thing. It's time to reclaim your time
In this episode, we talk about the lens through which we view womanhood.
